Western New England Business Support Services (WNEBSS) was established in 2001 as a regional business support services association and comprises a network of business and office support service owners with a dual mission:

· WNEBSS strives to educate the local business community as to how business support services can assist in meeting office overload needs.  WNEBSS members are positioned to refer clients or share larger projects with one another, based on client needs.

· WNEBSS provides continuing education to its members through regular meetings and an online message board. Members are highly collaborative, non-competitive peers who share ideas and are able to provide support to each other.
