Meetings are held periodically throughout the year in northern to mid-Connecticut cities as well as in the western Massachusetts area.

Annual dues are $25 per business.
Second members are $10 per person.
Guests are welcome to attend for $5 per person.

Western New England Business Support Services (WNEBSS), a regional business support services association, was established in January of 2001. One of the benefits of forming this chapter is individual support services will advance their continuing education at a local level, which also benefits clients and prospective clients.

WNEBSS is a network of business and office support service owners with a dual mission. The first aspect of this mission: WNEBSS strives to educate the local business community as to how business support services can assist them in meeting their office overload needs.

Related to this, WNEBSS members are positioned to refer clients or share larger projects with one another, based on client needs.

The other aspect is to provide continuing education to its members. This is done through regular meetings and an online chapter message board for problem solving.
